Our Company
Built on the Belief That Good Work Deserves Good Habits
Tindari was founded to give Malaysian businesses access to honest, practical quality advisory — the kind that actually gets used.

Where Tindari Started
Tindari grew out of a simple observation: many Malaysian SMEs and mid-sized organisations want to take quality seriously, but the available advisory tends to be either too certificate-focused or too heavy for their capacity. There was a gap between a full ISO implementation project and doing nothing.
We began in Petaling Jaya, working directly with operations and management teams in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Our early clients were manufacturing-adjacent businesses and professional services firms that needed help making their existing checks more consistent — not a whole new framework bolted on top.
Over time, we developed a set of engagement formats that fit different stages of readiness. Small enough to be manageable, structured enough to produce real change. That approach is what Tindari still delivers today.
Our Mission
What We Are Here to Do
Our mission is to help organisations in Malaysia develop quality practices that their own teams can own and run — without relying on external support indefinitely. We want quality to become a normal part of how people work, not a compliance exercise.
We do that by working carefully with each client's existing people and workflows, keeping our recommendations proportionate, and producing written deliverables that remain useful long after an engagement ends.

How We Work
Professional Standards We Hold Ourselves To
These are the principles that shape every client engagement — from the first call to the final handover document.
Proportionate Recommendations
We only recommend what your organisation can realistically implement. We do not overscope to fill a project budget.
Listening Before Advising
Every engagement begins with a thorough understanding of your current situation. We do not apply a template without understanding your context first.
Confidentiality
All operational information shared during an engagement is treated with full discretion. Client-specific details are never disclosed or referenced externally.
Written Proposals First
Before any work begins, we provide a clear written outline of scope, deliverables, and fees. No surprises mid-engagement.
Knowledge Transfer by Design
Everything we develop with you is designed so your team can maintain it independently. The goal is self-sufficiency, not dependency on external advisers.
Malaysian Business Context
Our advisory is shaped by the realities of operating in Malaysia — workforce norms, regulatory environment, and the practical constraints of local SMEs and mid-sized firms.
Our Expertise
Quality Advisory Grounded in Operational Reality
Tindari operates from Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and works with clients primarily across Klang Valley and the broader Malaysian peninsula. Our advisers have backgrounds in operations management, process documentation, and organisational development, with direct experience in sectors including distribution, light manufacturing, professional services, and business administration.
Quality management advisory, as we practise it, is distinct from certification consulting. Our focus is on helping organisations build the internal habits, documentation, and review routines that make quality a consistent feature of daily work — rather than a point-in-time audit event. This approach suits companies at various stages: those just beginning to formalise their checks, those consolidating existing processes into a cleaner structure, and those building a mature practice they can sustain across departments.
We keep our engagement formats clear and bounded so that clients know what they are committing to and what they will receive at the end. Each engagement type — the Quality Habits Review, Quality Process Engagement, and Quality Practice Programme — was developed based on what we observed clients actually needing, rather than what fits a standard advisory model. Pricing is published transparently as a starting reference, with detailed proposals provided before any work commences.
Tindari is a small, focused team. We take on engagements selectively so that each client receives our full attention. If we are not the right fit for a particular need, we will say so clearly.
